If you’ve ever been to Puglia before, you’ll know as well as I do…

It is breathtaking. Long summer evenings, pasta and Primitivo. Olive groves, and vineyards; sleepy villages, and the sparkling sea. If you’re looking for the best wedding venues in Puglia, you are utterly spoiled for choice.
So today I thought I’d take you on a little tour!
From hidden-gem vineyards, to centuries-old masseria, traditional Italian farmhouses, and luxury-chic retreats. Whatever you imagine- whatever your dream day might be- this idyllic corner of Italy has it all.
Here are some of my favourite wedding venues in Puglia, with a little local advice, and some styling inspiration along the way.
Relais Histo
Location: Contrada San Pietro, 74123 Taranto, Puglia
Vibe: 5-star luxury, intimacy and charm

Set just outside the historic city of Taranto, Relais Histo is an unforgettable place to say your vows. The gardens, the views, the honey-hued stone. The old-world romance around every corner; the iconic courtyard, just begging for a party!
Every detail is considered, and every stunning space leads you effortlessly into the next.
You can get married in the garden, have drinks in the courtyard, and feast in the great hall. There’s 48 suites so you can fall into bed, and an on-site spa for pampering the next day.
I visited Relais Histo for an editorial earlier this year. And I still find myself dreaming of the place.
Puglia wedding photographer pro tip:
Relais Histo loves colour. The neutral tones of the venue give you a gorgeous canvas for any aesthetic. But when you add splashes of colour, it brings the place alive.

Masseria Moroseta wedding venue in Puglia
Location: Contrada Lamacavallo, 72017 Ostuni BR
Vibe: Stylish and modern. Intimately cool.

Of all the wedding venues in Puglia, there are few more strikingly stylish than Masseria Moroseta.
From the moment you arrive, you can’t help but be in awe of the place. The minimalist design, black metal details, and whitewashed walls. Grasshopper green and sapphire blue, vivid against the gleaming white.
Get married in the olive groves to the sound of cicadas. Have a meal cooked for you by their on-site chefs, and take a dip in the pool, looking out to the sea.
And beneath all that- it’s eco-friendly. The olive groves are organically managed; the power is solar; the materials are locally sourced.
If you’re looking for an intimate, chic, modern wedding venue in Puglia, Masseria Moroseta is the place.

Masseria Le Torri
Location: Strada Comunale le Torri, 591/D, 70044 Polignano a Mare BA
Vibe: Mamma Mia meets Puglia. A stunning home away from home.

Hidden in the heart of the Salento countryside, Masseria Le Torri offers an authentic slice of rural Puglia.
Bees buzz happily in the lavender as you stroll up to the gate; cats meander through the grounds. The pool laps lazily at the edges; inviting you to unwind, inviting you in.
And oh my, the spaces!
There’s a sundrenched promenade for your outdoor ceremony. The wedding suite has its own pool; the courtyard is shaded, and private, and perfect for a party. There’s even a pizza oven for your welcome dinner!
And as evening falls, the centuries-old farmhouse glows in the dusk.
There’s a genuine warmth to Masseria Lettori you’ll instantly fall in love with. It feels less like ‘a wedding venue in Puglia’, and more like a home away from home.

Masseria San Giovanni wedding venue in Puglia
Location: Via delle Poste, 72015 Pozzo Faceto BR
Vibe: Rustic, majestic, and “oh wow” epic.

You can’t have a list of the best wedding venues in Puglia, and *not* include Masseria San Giovanni. This place is exquisite.
You wind your way through the Puglian countryside- past tumbling stone walls, and centuries-old olive groves. Until- with a little “oh wow”– you see it in the distance…this jaw-dropping, bright-white farmhouse, rising up into the clear blue sky.
It’s luxurious and welcoming; over a century old, and beautifully restored. The gardens are spacious, and immaculately kept; the pool is clear, and Olympic long! They even have their own consecrated church.
But the best thing about Masseria San Giovanni is the way it makes you feel. It’s secluded, peaceful, and immersive; sunwarm, authentic, and just so wonderfully Italian!
As with a lot of wedding venues in Puglia, San Giovanni is dedicated to multi-day events. And therein lies the beauty of it. Hire the place exclusively for 2-3 days, and enjoy this little slice of Puglia all to yourselves.

Puglia wedding photographer pro tip:
The Regional Park of Dune Costiere is right on your doorstep; the beaches of Savelletri and Torre Canne are just a short drive away.
If you’re up for a Puglian adventure, Masseria San Giovanni is the perfect place to start.
Amastuola – a Puglia wedding venue for wine lovers and romantics

Last- but by no means least- we have one the most interesting, photogenic, uniquely beautiful wedding venues in Puglia.
Rows of vines flow in waves across the professionally-designed landscape. There’s lush green gardens, balconies, archways, and ancient stone troughs. The walls are filled with bottles of their award-winning wine. A centuries-old belltower climbs into the sky, and a stunning infinity pool invites you to the horizon.
The whole place feels like an experience. A beautiful collision of history, and elegance; natural beauty, and sleek, modern style.
And as a wedding venue? It gives you the most spectacular backdrop for your ceremony, and the tastiest reception you could possibly imagine!
I don’t like to play favourites. But I think I may have saved the best till last…
